Hi, I’m Jenny. For over 15 years, I worked as a technology consultant & program manager and helped Fortune 500 companies optimize their project delivery. I led transformations to quickly adjust to changing priorities and develop innovative, easy to use systems (a grandmother using a new system said so, unprompted). I loved the work AND wanted more balance in my life.

I founded Balanced Process to bring simple, scalable systems to successful, small businesses so your business runs smoothly and grows sustainably. I believe that balance can be achieved with smart, streamlined systems built for you and your business.

Balanced Process combines years of professional experience with a strong connection to my roots. My parents are small business owners. I lived through the stress, long hours, and uncertainty and realized there must be a better way.
