Hi, I’m Jenny. I grew up watching and helping my parents run their own business. I lived through the long hours, the scrappy problem-solving, and the resilience to keep showing up that it takes to build something of your own. After that, I wanted to do something different with my own career.

For over 15 years, I then worked as a technology consultant & program manager and helped Fortune 500 companies figure out what to build, how to build it, and how not to break what was already working along the way. I quickly adjusted to changing priorities (sounds familiar?) and developed easy to use systems (a grandmother told me unprompted one day when I was a regular customer).

I founded Balanced Process to bring the same thinking developed in large organizations to small businesses, where the owner is also the strategist, the operator, and the one answering customers’ calls. I work alongside founders to figure out what growth could look like for your specific business, build the foundation to support it, and keep working through it as things evolve.
