Hi, I'm Jenny
I grew up helping my parents run their own business. I then spent over 15 years as a technology consultant and program manager helping large companies navigate complex change and deliver exciting initiatives. I got good at asking the question: “What are we actually trying to build here?”
I founded Balanced Process to bring my curiosity and love of creating intentional and strategic systems to established, small businesses. If you’re at the point where “what’s next?” feels like an important question, I would love to think through it with you.
